I've been a commissioned Nevada notary public for more than a decade, the person people call when a document absolutely has to be signed correctly, on time, in front of the right witness. That started as a mobile notary business and grew into loan signing work and Remote Online Notarization (RON) — three ways to get the same job done, depending on what your document needs.

General notary work

Most notary appointments aren't complicated — they just have to be exact. The wrong date, a missing initial, or an ID that doesn't quite match can send a document back and cost someone days. I travel to you in the Las Vegas valley with everything I need, and I check every detail before I ever reach for my stamp.

Remote Online Notary (RON)

Sign from anywhere

RON lets a document get notarized over a secure live video call instead of in person. I verify your identity, watch you sign in real time, and apply my electronic seal — all recorded and stored to Nevada's standards. It's built for someone out of state, out of the country, or simply too busy to meet face to face, and it carries the same legal weight as a notarization done at my kitchen table.

Closing packages are their own animal — fifty-plus pages, exact signature placement, and a lender on the other end checking every page before funding releases. As a loan signer, I walk borrowers through the stack page by page, confirm nothing was skipped, and get the package back to the title company or lender on the timeline they need.
